Driving Directions:
From Toronto, follow QEW westbound to 403 westbound. Follow 403 to Brantford, go past exits for Garden Ave, Gretzky Parkway and Highway 24 / King George Road to Exit 33, Hwy 2, Paris Road. Once you are on the off ramp, keep to the left (the right lane continues on to Paris). At the stop sign, turn left and proceed under the 403 to the first traffic light. At the traffic light, turn right on Hardy Road, cross the railway tracks and immediately turn left onto Ava Road. Our driveway is approximately one-half kilometer on the right-hand side.
If you are following the 401, exit in Cambridge at Highway 24 and proceed south to Brantford where Hwy 24 becomes King George Rd. Continue on King George Rd. as far as Tollgate Rd. (Dairy Queen on the right). Turn right onto Tollgate Rd. and follow through two stop signs to a traffic light at Paris Road. Continue through the intersection; this road now becomes Hardy Road. Cross the railway tracks, turn left immediately onto Ava Road. Our driveway is approximately one-half kilometer on the right-hand side.

Visitor Information:
The Brantford Golf & Country Club is a private member-only facility. Guests must be accompanied by a member or have reciprocal privileges from a recognized club.
If you are arriving for a game of golf, you may drive up to the Pro Shop located at the west end of the clubhouse on the driveway roundabout to drop your clubs, then proceed to available parking. Please register your arrival with the Pro Shop.
If you are arriving to dine as the guest of a member, you may park in available parking and proceed to the Terrace Room. If your host has not arrived, you may wait in the R. Bruce Forbes Lounge adjacent to the Terrace Room with its comfortable seating and a variety of interesting Heritage memorabilia.
Heritage and Tradition is important to us!
Unless specifically changed for a particular event, both the Clubhouse and Golf Course require neat, clean presentable clothing including collared shirts with no obvious advertising. In addition there are no hats allowed in dining areas.
Brantford Golf and Country Clubhouse Rules and Dress Code
It is the responsibility of every member to ensure that their family members and guests comply with the Clubhouse Rules and Dress Code.
The following dress code has been designed to ensure that the standard of dress at the Brantford Golf and Country Club reflects the high standards of our Club.
Golf course attire is acceptable anywhere in the Club.
Jeans and denim are allowed in the Clubhouse. Jeans must be in good repair, no rips, tears, frayed ends or holes and must fit appropriately (no excessively baggy denim).
Golf hats, caps, visors may be worn between the golf course and locker rooms and between the curling rink and locker rooms. Golf hats or visors are not to be worn where food is served. Brims must be facing forward.
Commercial/promotional logos or names on clothing are not permitted. Tank tops, T-shirts, crop tops (no bare midriffs), sweat shirts (with or without hoodies), sweat pants or sweat suits are not appropriate.
Children: Brantford Golf and Country Club recognizes that children’s clothing can vary from adults, and some tolerance will be permitted to children less than 10 years of age provided their attire is in good taste.

Men On The Course
Shirts must have a polo, turtleneck or mock style collar and be tucked into the trousers. Tee shirts are not permitted. Tailored shorts are permitted provided they are to the knee, or within 3 inches of the knee. Socks must be worn with shorts and they can be knee length or "ped" style socks. Golf sandals are permitted without socks.
Jeans, track/warmup suits and rugger-style pants are not permitted. Promotional logos on clothing (shirts, sweaters, hats, visors, etc.) are permitted provided they are in good taste and not blatantly large. Hats must be worn with the bill facing forward.
Important: Not all items in the Pro Shop conform to the club dress code. If in doubt, please consult with the Professional Staff.
Apparel shall be confined to tailored shirts or blouses worn with tailored skirts, shorts or slacks. Skirts and tailored shorts must be within 3 inches of the knee. Socks must be worn with shorts and they can be knee length or "ped" style socks. Golf sandals are permitted without socks.

The club does not permit the wearing of metal spiked golf shoes. This applies to members and guests.
Cell phones and other communication devices are to be turned to the silent setting at all times when at the BG&CC. We expect anyone needing to respond to a phone call, leave the dining areas and make their way to an area that is set up for telephone conversation (location of house phones) so as not to disturb other diners. |
