Guest Fees

18 Holes – $150.00 + tax
9 Holes – $75.00 + tax
18 Hole Cart – $28.00 inclusive
9 Hole Cart – $14 inclusive
Twilight Fee (after 4pm) – $95.00 + H.S.T. May, June, July, August and Sept after 3pm.
*All guest fee charges MUST be charged to a member account.*

Guest Play Availability

Members may host up to three guests at a time within the following guest times:

Monday – Anytime
Tuesday – 12 p.m. – 3 p.m.
Wednesday – No Guest Play
Thursday – Open – 8:30 a.m. & after 10:30 a.m.
Friday – Anytime
Saturday, Sunday & Holidays – 1 guest per Member before 11 a.m. After 11 a.m. 3 guests permitted

Cell Phone & Speaker Policy

It is mandatory that the ringers of all cell phones be turned off while on the golf course. Use of a cell phone or other device should never slow play. Please keep any speakers to a low volume to respect everyone on course.

Proof of employment with the company will accompany each individual’s application. The corporation must include a designated primary member of the organization who would have the only “voting share”. The primary member must have signing authority for the Corporation. The Corporation will purchase 1 class A share for $100.

Upon resignation, the share must be retracted. Memberships are transferrable to another employee of the company once a year with a transfer administration fee of $100.
Each designate is responsible for building levy and food and beverage spending requirements.

Privileges of Corporate social members include full use of food and beverage facilities, and three occasions of golf per season at the prevailing guest fee, at times designated by the Pro Shop.

Dress Code – On Course

General Guidelines
Socks with Shorts: Socks must be worn with shorts and may be either knee-length or “ped” style. Socks cannot be rolled down to conform to style preferences.
Footwear: Metal-spiked golf shoes are not permitted on the course. Golf sandals are allowed without socks.
Promotional Logos: Clothing items (shirts, sweaters, hats, visors, etc.) may feature promotional logos, provided the logos are in good taste and not overly large or conspicuous.
Hats: All hats must be worn with the bill facing forward.
Pro Shop Items: Not all items in the Pro Shop conform to the dress code. If you are unsure whether an item meets the dress code standards, please consult with the Professional Staff before purchasing.

Men’s Attire On the Course
Shirts: Shirts must have a collar (e.g., polo-style), or a turtleneck or mock-collar, and must be tucked into trousers at all times. T-shirts are not permitted.
Shorts: Tailored shorts are permitted but must be no shorter than knee-length, or within 3 inches of the knee.
Prohibited Attire: Jeans, track suits, or warm-up suits are not permitted. Cargo & gym shorts are not permitted.

Women’s Attire On the Course
Shirts: Shirts must have a collar and/or sleeves. Open-back shirts or tops exposing the midriff are not allowed.
Bottoms: Tailored shorts, skirts, or skorts must be no shorter than mid-thigh. Tailored pants and capris are also permitted.
Prohibited Attire: Jeans, track suits, warm-up suits, sundresses, halter tops, and tank tops, tights/leggings.

Children’s Attire On the Course
Brantford Golf & Country Club recognizes that children’s clothing can vary from adults, and some tolerance will be permitted to children under 10 years of age, provided their attire is in good taste.

We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this dress code policy to maintain the high standards of The Brantford Golf & Country Club. Should you have any questions or concerns about the appropriateness of an item of clothing, please consult with the Professional Staff.

Dress Code – Clubhouse

The clubhouse is a place for relaxation and socializing, and we encourage smart, comfortable attire.
Hats may be worn in the clubhouse but must be removed upon entering the dining room.
Please ensure your attire is neat, clean, and in good condition.

Dining Room Dress Code
The dining room requires business casual attire. We request that all members and guests adhere to the following guidelines:

Acceptable Attire: Business casual dress is expected. This includes collared shirts, blouses, dress slacks, khakis, skirts, and dresses of appropriate length.

Prohibited Items:
Jeans with rips, tears, or fraying
Tracksuits, crop tops, halter tops, and tank tops
Exposed midriffs or open-back shirts
Shorts, skirts, or dresses that are considered inappropriate in length
Slippers, flip-flops, or overly casual footwear

Denim: Denim is acceptable in the dining room if it is in good repair, without rips, tears, or fraying.

Hats: Hats are not permitted inside the clubhouse where food is served. Please remove hats before entering the Forbes Lounge, Terrace Room, Banquet Room, and Stanley Thompson Lounge.

We ask that all attire be neat, clean, and appropriate for a dining setting. By following this dress code, we can ensure a pleasant experience for all members and their guests.
